Leanne Eaton
My name is Leanne Eaton, I live in Ongar Essex with my family consisting of my son, Husband and our 3 dogs.
I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer.
I have always enjoyed exercise, gym sessions and spin classes, recently I have taken up a new hobby of road cycling through the many beautiful countryside lanes around our home.
My personal passion for health and overall body fitness drives my enthusiasm to help others deliver their own amazing results.
My business is built on the fundamental belief that clients deserve and want personal training which is delivered to meet their own unique requirements and goals.
I understand we all have busy lives and by making exercise both fun and importantly rewarding it can become an integral part of your week and provide motivation across all aspects of your home and work life
